Terms & Conditions

The prices of Casa Baliza are based on two persons per night, including VAT and breakfast.

Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Check in is available from 15.00pm and departure is before 11.00 am.

We will process your booking after we have confirmed your dates.

Your booking will be made final after receiving the down payment of 50%.

The use of the pool is at your own risk and Casa Baliza may not be held liable for personal injury or damage to personal belongings.

Pets are not allowed in the premises.

Please be advised that we don’t allow guests, due to food safety regulations, to prepare any food in our kitchen as well to eat or to use your own purchased drinks in the premises.

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. Kindly note that according to Spanish law we are legally obliged to record the details of all guests aged over 16, including the date of arrival and departure, full name and nationality. We must also record the passport number and place of issue.

In accordance with the Spanish law it is not allowed to smoke inside the rooms.

Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at Casa Baliza, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.

We will only cancel your booking if your accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this is not possible or acceptable, we will refund you all money. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
